"Disappointing"
Water pressure extremely low. With water turned up as high as possible I turned the shower handset upside down and could only get the water to spray only 1 1/2" in the air. I was in this room back in December and the door trim had been broken in half on one side like someone had kicked the door in and broken the privacy lock of the wall. They had put a piece of silver tape over the door frame to seal out the air. I reported this then and it was still the same this trip. Staff seemed to think it was no big deal.

I arrived and went to check in, I opened the door and check in was just about a doorway. When I was checking in, I had to speak to someone who not only didn’t speak good English, I had to talk to him through, what looked liked, a bullet proof window. The facility was dirty, worn out and unkept. The inside was outdated and not clean. I would never stay there again.
